💼 About the Role
As our Content Strategist, you’ll sit at the core of how brands get built inside CommercialsGroup. You’ll lead the research, strategy, and structure behind every client content rollout — turning brand goals into sharp, platform-ready content plans that drive results.
This isn’t just about copy — it’s about clarity, positioning, and campaign direction that makes each client look world-class.
Salary: Based on experience
Experience: Content strategy, branding, or campaign planning (agency experience preferred)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
→ Brand Positioning & Messaging-
Define brand tone, voice, and storytelling direction per client

Turn discovery insights into clearly structured brand strategy documents
→ Content Planning-
Build monthly and quarterly content strategies tailored to specific client goals

Plan content types across platforms (Reels, carousels, FAQs, promos)

Coordinate content strategy with videographers and editors
→ Creative Direction-
Lead brainstorms on campaign angles and strategic series

Work with the shoot team to align storyboarding and execution

Review analytics and performance to steer future planning

👀 What We’re Looking For-
3+ years in content strategy, social media, or creative direction

Proven experience building content systems, not just posting calendars

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube

Solid grasp of what makes content actually perform (not just look nice)

Clean communicator — written, verbal, and visual

Comfortable giving direction to creators, editors, and shoot teams

💼 About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time video editor who understands both creative and commercial thinking. Someone who can take raw footage — from product shoots to behind-the-scenes content — and turn it into clean, scroll-stopping, high-converting videos.
You’ll be editing everything from polished TV-style ads to social-first content and internal brand pieces. You’ll also support our creative direction by spotting trends, suggesting edits, and making sure our content always feels fresh and relevant.
This role is remote, but you’ll work closely with the founder and creative team — so communication, feedback, and deadlines matter.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
→ Edit commercials, brand videos, and behind-the-scenes content for client projects
→ Cut platform-specific content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
→ Apply different brand guidelines depending on the client and content format
→ Match tone, color grade, pacing, and transitions to align with a brand’s identity
→ Understand and apply technical requirements for broadcast vs. digital formats
→ Create social-first reels using trending audio, captions, overlays, and hooks
→ Design graphic assets or layouts in Canva or Photoshop for posts and thumbnails
→ Take raw talking-head footage and turn it into polished, captioned videos
→ Collaborate with strategist to repurpose research into content scripts
→ Keep media organized, versioned, and backed up — structured editing workflow
👀 What We’re Looking For
→ 2+ years editing for brands, creators, or commercial clients
→ You understand platform-specific nuances (portrait vs. landscape, length limits, CTA structure)
→ You’ve worked with brand guidelines and know how to maintain visual consistency
→ You’re confident with industry-standard editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci)
→ You’re experienced in formatting for multiple outputs: social, website embeds, TV, YouTube
→ You think like a creative but operate like a producer — fast, efficient, focused
→ You can take a loose idea or script and turn it into a compelling visual piece
→ Fluent in English and comfortable with feedback loops and weekly Zooms
→ Curious about AI and open to speeding up workflows using new tools
Bonus if:
→ You’ve edited LinkedIn-style videos or founder content
→ You’ve worked with restaurants, eCommerce brands, clinics, or agencies
→ You know your way around WIX or Squarespace for visual content needs
